What is self storage?
Self Storage is a service that offers both residential and business users access to individual and secure storage space. The storage units at East Point Storage are secure, clean and dry and are accessible using a personal access gate code 7 days a week.  At the time of rental, you will also be given your own lock and key to the unit for additional security.  Our manager will not retain a key to your unit.
 
What storage unit do I need?
You can always contact our well-trained Office Manager to assist you in determining what unit size will fit your needs best.  An average storage unit is three meters high.

Can I view the storage unit beforehand?
Yes.  Please feel free to stop by during office hours to inspect our facility. Our Office Manager will be happy to give you a personal tour and show you the many sizes of units available for lease.  He can also help you determine the best size of unit for your storage needs.

What about insurance?
Please feel free to call our office to find out about any insurance programs available for your self storage needs.

Who has access to my storage unit?
Only you can decide who has access to your storage unit.  Upon lease, you will receive your own personal lock and key for your unit along with a personal code for the facility's security gate.  Our Office Manager will not retain a key.  The security of your items is of utmost importance to us. 

When do I get my deposit back?
A deposit is not required.

How quickly can I move in?
Your storage unit will be available upon receipt of signed lease and payment.  Just stop by our Office on-site for your personal key and lock and your personal security gate code.  If you find you need a different size unit for your storage needs, please contact our Office Manager for unit availability.
